To paint with stencils, you need to:

1. Choose a stencil and a surface to paint on. Make sure the surface is dry and clean.
2. Peel the BACK side of the stencil first
3. Place your stencil on your painting surface
4. Use a Debit card of sorts to adhere it strongly to the surface
5. Peel the top paper off carefully allowing all the blue to remain on the wood
6. Squeeze out some paint onto a paper plate or a palette. Use a stencil brush or a pouncer to apply the paint.
7. Dab the brush or pouncer over the stencil, using light and thin coats of paint. Work quickly and avoid bleeding or smudging the paint.
8. Now the reveal- peel off the stencil and admire your lovely work
